Classic Old Town Skiff ~ To Auction!

A gorgeously restored, classic ca. 1950s Old Town Skiff is being offered at auction by the Hull Lifesaving Museum. (Click here to see larger image.) At just over 9-feet in length, 4-feet at the beam, this is a lovely little yacht tender, complete with two rowing stations.

The boat was donated by Museum-supporter Sheila Cotter in loving memory of her husband William.

New Old Town skiffs are valued at $5,000. Bidding on this auction item will begin at $1,500. The boat will be auctioned on June 21, 2008 at the Museum?s Summer Solstice Lawn Party on the Harbor.
