Juried ShowArtists may submit three works of art for consideration in the juried exhibition. All work must be original, and not previously exhibited at the Hull Lifesaving Museum. No reproductions (including giclee prints) will be accepted. Paintings must be securely framed and wired for hanging. Works not properly prepared for exhibition may be refused, due to risk of damage. All work must be for sale. Entry Fees are $8 Members, $10 Non-Members per submission.
Please note: If there are insufficient submissions in a specific category, a prize will not be awarded for that category. Members ShowThe Members Show is open to all members of the Hull Lifesaving Museum, and will run concurrently with the Juried Show. Delivery, pick-up, and sales guidelines apply. Artists may submit one work of art directly to the Members Show, or may choose one piece not selected by the jury to be entered in the Members Show. Entry Fees are $8 per submissionDelivery, Pick Up, & SalesWork may be delivered to the museum on Tuesday, Oct. 3, 3 pm - 5 pm or Wednesday, Oct. 4, 5 pm - 8 pm. No late entries will be accepted.Please pick up work not accepted for the Juried show by October 10, 2005 during regular museum office hours, Monday - Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm, or Saturday & Sunday, 10 am-4 pm. Work may be picked up following the Juried and Members Shows Monday, November 13-Friday, November 17, 10 am - 5 pm. The museum will be open for evening pick-ups until 8 pm on Thursday, November 16, 2006. If you are unable to pick up your work dur ing these hours please make arrange ment s with a colleague to do so. Work not picked up by 5 pm on Friday, December 22 will be accepted as a tax deductible donation to the museum. Artists receive 70% of the sale price; all prices must be marked on entry form. Art Bin: Unframed work may be submitted for sale in the art bin, dependent upon museum capacity. Members Show Trustees Award $100
